Photography and filming consent form for Lisburn BMX Club referred to hereafter as ''LBMX''

In accordance with our child protection policy, where possible we will not permit photographs, video or other images of young people to be taken without consent. If the child is under 16, consent must be obtained from a parent / legal guardian.
(If the child is over 16, it’s good practice to inform parents that photographs and/or videos of their child may be used if the child has given consent.)

If consent is not gained, images and recordings may still be taken due to the nature of the sessions or events and the club will endeavour to blur out children U16, this may be in the form of emojis or a watermark.

This form will remain valid for the duration of your membership to Lisburn BMX Club, we may ask for it to be updated periodically. If you have issues filling this form out or don't want to give consent you inform safeguarding via email safeguarding@lisburnbmxclub.com

Lisburn BMX Club will take all steps to ensure these images are used solely for the purposes for which they are intended. If you become aware that these images are being used inappropriately, please inform us immediately. safeguarding@lisburnbmxclub.com
